Rainforest Adventure - Vacation Bible School 2012

 

WHAT:

We have four action-packed days planned with songs, stories, games, crafts, and exciting adventures at Rainforest Adventure! At Rainforest Adventure, everyone is invited to discover what it means to be a steward of God’s creation! Through Bible stories and lots of fun activities, kids will experience stewardship and how we as God’s people share, give, grow, love, and praise. You will learn how we are all God’s people and we are all different, just like the variety of creatures that live in the rainforest!We will end with a post-VBS celebration on Sunday, June 17.

Entire families can participate in VBS by taking part in our mission project. The Water Project mission project is helping to provide people with clean water. We encourage families to talk about this project at home and support it by sending along an offering each day of VBS.

 WHEN:     

June 11-17, 2012

Monday through Thursday – check-in at 6:30 pm; pick-up promptly at 9:00 pm

The Family Celebration is June 17.  Join us for worship at 10 am led by our VBS students followed by a potluck brunch and VBS Celebration

 WHO:               

Potty-trained kiddos entering 3s/Pre-K classes this fall; also students entering Kindergarten through the 8^th grade this fall.

WHERE:      

Westminster Presbyterian Church, 14700 Bellaire, about a block west of Bellaire’s intersection with Highway 6
